Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare, scan, and attach documents to EMR.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure deadlines are met.
• Process health records requests accurately and timely.
• Update orders and test results in the EMR.
• Support front office and clinic operations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
