Live over 50 miles from the facility --
Total Pay per week $610,(same as making 17 per hr) breakdown of pay below
$10 an hour at 40 hours $400 before taxes
$210 per week travel stipend housing and meals after taxes

OR

live less than 50 miles from the facility
$15.50 per hour at 40 hours is $620 a week before taxes

Required documents:

• TDAP
• TB Test--any form Skin, Chest Xray or TSpot

Required Experience

• 2 year of current medical record clerk experience-Required
• experience with EPIC is preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
