Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for the Shrewsbury location. You will be the welcoming face, handle scheduling, verify insurance, and manage patient demographics with a focus on smoothly guiding patients through the office flow.

Experience with Epic is a plus, and bilingual Spanish skills are valued. The role supports physicians and office staff in a fast-paced medical environment at one of the nation’s largest ENT practices.

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Shrewsbury office location.

Hourly: $21/hr

Job Duties

• - Scheduling patient appointments
• - Assisting incoming patients
• - Verifying insurance coverage
• - Entering patient demographics into the computer
• - Pulling and filing medical charts
• - Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help

Job Requirements

• - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Required schedule (rotates weekly as follows)

• - Monday: 7:30am-4:00pm, 7:45am-4:15pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm
• - Tuesday: 9:30am-6:00pm, 7:30am-4:00pm, 7:15am-4:15pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm
• - Wednesday: 8:30am-5:00pm, 7:30am-4:00pm, 7:45am-4:15pm, 8:0am-4:30pm
• - Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, 9:30am-6:00pm, 7:30am-4:00pm, 7:45am-4:15pm
• - Friday: 7:45am-4:15pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 7:30am-4:00pm
• - Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
