Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Astoria, Oregon location. The position offers an hourly rate of $21 and requires handling front-desk duties in a busy ENT practice.

The role includes scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, demographics entry, and chart management while supporting physicians and the office team. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and benefits described in the posting.

Job Description ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Astoria office location. Hourly: $21/hr

Job Duties

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the computer
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed.
• Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• NextGen a plus.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Required schedule

• Monday: 11:30am-8:00pm
• Tuesday: 11:30am-8:00pm
• Wednesday: 11:30am-8:00pm
• Thursday: 11:30am-8:00pm
• Saturday: 7:30am-4:00pm
