As a Front Office Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of care. You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in patients accurately and efficiently including collecting co-pays and obtaining registration information.
• Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Coordinating patient flow and managing the patient lobby area.
• Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to patient inquiries.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front-desk environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
