Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) seeks a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Brooklyn Heights office. The role is hourly $21/hr and involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and handling front-desk duties with professionalism.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced medical setting, can work independently or with a team, and may have Epic experience and knowledge of medical insurance. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Brooklyn Heights office location. Hourly: $21/hr

Job Duties

• Scheduling patient appointments


• Assisting incoming patients


• Verifying insurance coverage


• Entering patient demographics into the computer


• Pulling and filing medical charts


• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed.


• Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment


• Epic experience is a plus.


• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team


• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus


• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Required schedule

• Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm/8:00am-4:30pm/8:30am-5:00pm


• Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
