QMMS USA LLC is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for the Forest Hills office. The role handles patient scheduling, welcomes arrivals, verifies insurance, and enters demographics.

The ideal candidate will have experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred), strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical setting. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; benefits include health coverage and a 401(k).

Job Duties

Schedule

• Monday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Tuesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Friday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
• Saturday (1-2 per month): 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
