Medical Receptionist - Floater - Long Island

Join our team as a Medical Receptionist - Floater - Long Island at ENT and Allergy Associates.

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC are seeking a self-motivated, personable Full-Time Medical Receptionist Floater for our Long Island offices, which include Franklin Square, Plainview, Levittown, Southampton, Riverhead, and Melville. Coverage may be required at other locations as needed.

Additional benefits include a car allowance and mileage reimbursement.

Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the system
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Supporting the office manager and physicians as needed

Job Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with NextGen software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays. Schedule may vary based on office needs.
