Job description

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly Full Time Medical Receptionist Floater for our Long Island Offices. This position covers our clinical offices in Hauppauge, Port Jefferson, East Patchogue, Lake Success, Garden City, Babylon, Lake Success, Southampton, Riverhead. This position may cover clinical offices outside of the Long Island region, if needed.

Floater benefits: Car allowance, partial cell phone reimbursement, reimbursement for parking and tolls.

Job Duties

  1. Scheduling patient appointments
  2. Assisting incoming patients
  3. Verifying insurance coverage
  4. Entering patient demographics into the computer
  5. Pulling and filing medical charts
  6. Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help.

Job Requirements

  1. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  2. NextGen a plus.
  3. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  4. Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 12:30pm (occasional)
