Englewood Health in Nutley, NJ is seeking a Medical Receptionist for the EHPN Primary Care Dr Alessio practice. This full-time daytime role supports front and back office duties, guiding patients from waiting area to exam rooms and preparing patients to ensure efficient physician time.

The ideal candidate has medical office experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to excellent patient service.

Job Summary:
Performs various front office and back office patient care duties. More specifically, this position will assist with flow of patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and perform preparatory work on patients to ensure efficient use of the physician’s time.

Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

• Medical office experience preferred.

Education Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent or a minimum of 2 years full-time experience in a related field required.

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate ofpayfor each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differentialpayor other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

Minimum rate: $16.00
