Job summary

Englewood Health, a leading healthcare system, seeks a patient services/clinical assistant to support front and back office operations in the Cardiovascular Consultants of North Jersey clinic. You will help move patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and perform preparatory tasks to maximize physician time.

Typical duties include multi-tasking in a busy environment and providing excellent customer service; Epic proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Performs various front office and back office patient care duties. More specifically, this position will assist with flow of patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and perform preparatory work on patients to ensure efficient use of the physician's time.

Hours: 8a-4p, 9a-5p Variable

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

• Medical office experience preferred. Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment, excellent customer askills required. Epic experience preferred.

• High School Graduate or equivalent or a minimum of 2 years full-time experience in a related field required.

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
