Englewood Health's Cardiovascular Consultants of North Jersey in Hasbrouk Heights, NJ seeks a Medical Receptionist for a full-time day shift. You will support front/back office duties, escort patients from waiting to exam rooms, and prep them to maximize physician time.

Medical office experience is preferred; Epic experience is a plus. A High School diploma or equivalent is required (or 2 years related field experience). Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans and PTO.

Job Summary

Performs various front office and back office patient care duties. More specifically, this position will assist with flow of patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and perform preparatory work on patients to ensure efficient use of the physician's time.

Hours: 8a-4p, 9a-5p Variable

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

• Medical office experience preferred. Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment, excellent customer askills required. Epic experience preferred.

Education Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent or a minimum of 2 years full-time experience in a related field required.

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
