MaxHealth in Cape Coral is looking to hire a full-time Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-payments, scheduling patients, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service overall. Normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE

You will be directly involved in delivering empathetic patient care, greeting patients warmly, scheduling appointments, assisting with forms or paperwork, and maintaining confidentiality throughout your daily tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer software including Word, Outlook, and facility management systems; EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
