This position is responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records, which are essential for providing high-quality care. The Medical Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming environment and addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with medical staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and support administrative functions. Ultimately, the Medical Receptionist contributes significantly to the overall patient experience and operational efficiency of the practice.
