Custom Physical Therapy in Sparks, NV is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Receptionist to greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support. • Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcoming guests as they enter the office via our web based system, ensuring they are directed to the right person or department.
• Answering Phone Calls: Handling incoming calls, providing information, and transferring calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Scheduling Appointments: Managing calendars, booking meetings, and ensuring that appointments are organized.
• Administrative Support: Performing tasks like data entry, filing, and handling correspondence (emails, mail, etc.).
• Other projects as needed

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $17.00 to $18.00 an Hour . Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
