This float pool will service all of Mercy's Centers of Excellence, or specialty practices - from Oncology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, and GI, to Urology, Endocrinology, Cardiology, and more. This is an ideal opportunity for motivated candidates wanting to learn and grow within a top Maryland hospital. Mercy sees patients at various hub site locations around the 695 corridor, where members of our float team would work, too.

This position may require travel to off-site/hub locations and support a variety of practices at different times.
The Patient Service Associate is responsible for greeting and registering patients when they enter the practice. They play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive patient experience, as they are the first person a patient encounters when scheduling an appointment or arriving at the office.
This Patient Service Associate is expected to go to all of our Mercy locations: downtown, Overlea, Reisterstown, Lutherville, Glen Burnie, Hunt Valley, Annapolis, and Columbia.
The Patient Service Associate is responsible for all front desk operations, which include, but are not limited to:
