The role emphasizes friendly front-desk support and accurate record-keeping in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Certificate or Associates Degree Preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to patients at the front desk.
• Handle patient intake, scheduling and communications with physicians.
• Verify insurance, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
