What You'll Do

1. Verify insurance coverage meticulously before services to prevent denials and maximize revenue.
2. Explain billing and insurance processes clearly to patients.
3. Resolve insurance discrepancies and billing issues proactively.
4. Deliver exceptional service during financial conversations to ensure patient satisfaction.
5. Greet patients warmly and professionally.
6. Process payments, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins efficiently.
7. Maintain organized records following HIPAA regulations.
