Hiring a Medical Receptionist to work in a primary care clinic at a prestigious company for employees in New York, NY. Please review the job description and APPLY ifyou are interested!

Position:Admin / Medical Receptionist

Location:Greenwhich Street, New York, NY 10013

Pay Rate:$22/hr

Working Shift: 08:30 AM to 5 PM (Mon - Fri)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Admin / Medical Receptionist with experience using Epic. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative functions, supporting efficient operations, and ensuring high-quality service for our members and team.

Key Responsibilities:

Chart accurately and efficiently in Epic

Check-in members and calls for appointment reminders

Manage calendars for internal and external meetings

Plan and schedule meetings, including room reservations, invitations, accommodations, and catering

Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements

Prepare and submit accurate expense reports to the accounting

Create professional Word documents and PowerPoint presentations

Handle general administrative tasks such as answering calls, copying, binding, mail distribution, and document/file management (both electronic and physical)

Proficiency in Epic

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
