Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners in Utah is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. You’ll greet visitors, answer calls, schedule appointments, and keep the clinic organized.

This entry-level, part-time position includes full training and is suitable for those new to healthcare administration as well as experienced front office professionals. Schedule is 2–3 days per week, afternoons preferred; pay is $12.00-$14.00 per hour DOE.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer phone calls promptly and pleasantly
• Schedule new and returning patients and maintain accurate records
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
• Track visit counts and authorizations for therapists
• Collect payments and explain clinic policies
• Prepare, file, and maintain patient charts
• Make appointment reminder calls
• Assist with light cleaning and occasional aide work as assigned
