The receptionist is responsible for maintaining patient flow, answering phones promptly and courteously, scheduling, registering, billing and payment collection activities for clinic patients while following all applicable policies and procedures. They will successfully learn and understand diversified insurance plans and medical terminology. Education & Experience:* High School graduate or equivalent required.* Customer service experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.* Maturity to withstand pressure that may arise in relation to the public and physician.
