Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist in Fairborn, Ohio to greet patients, collect information, and handle scheduling and payments. This role supports physicians and staff in delivering smooth patient interactions and care coordination.

The position requires a High School diploma; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus and the candidate should be self-motivated to uphold high patient care and service standards in a busy clinical setting.

Summary

Medical Receptionists directly interact with patients collecting and providing information concerning the patients’ medical care. Receptionists also work closely with other staff to ensure effective communication.
