We are seeking high-energy, patient-centered professionals to join our Patient Access Center team supporting the Department of Neurology. Reporting directly to the Patient Access Center Manager, this role is the initial contact point for patients navigating their neurological care. You will handle high-volume inbound phone calls (50–100 calls per day), verify insurance details, coordinate complex appointments, and manage prescription refill workflows within Epic.
