Technimark is seeking an attentive quality inspector to join our manufacturing team. You will inspect parts visually and dimensionally, follow established GMP/GDP procedures, and ensure adherence to AQL specs to maintain product quality.

You will work closely with production and quality staff, communicating issues clearly and documenting inspections. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• College degree or 4+ years of quality/manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to carefully follow written procedures and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to identify quality issues and communicate them clearly.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Aufgaben

• Inspect manufactured parts for quality using visual and dimensional inspection techniques.
• Follow job packets, work instructions, and established quality procedures.
• Perform routine inspections throughout the production process.
• Complete box, lot, start-up, and last-shot inspections as required.
• Inspect products according to AQL requirements and customer specifications.
• Identify parts that do not meet quality requirements and assist with determining whether products should be reworked or placed on hold.
• Communicate quality concerns to production team members and supervisors.
• Participate in shift-to-shift meetings to ensure important quality information is communicated.
• Provide daily training and guidance to cell operators on quality and inspection requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection and training documentation.
• Help support production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Follow GMP/GDP, safety, and 6S requirements.
• Report unsafe conditions and quality concerns promptly.
• Work as part of a team to keep the production cell running efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
