Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) seeks a Medical Provider - Physician to deliver comprehensive care across preventive, primary, prenatal, obstetrical, and inpatient services. The role supports diverse patients in the Seattle region with a team-based approach.

The candidate should hold an MD from an accredited school, complete a US residency, and have or be pursuing board certification in primary care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with US residency.
• Active license to practice medicine in Washington State including full prescriptive authority.
• Board certification in a Primary Care specialty or be preparing for certification within a year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and primary care services to patients and community.
• Deliver prenatal and obstetrical care as appropriate, plus inpatient hospital-based care.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.

JOB SUMMARY

The Medical Provider - Physician (which may be a Family Practitioner, Podiatric or Osteopathic Physician) provides professional health care services to patients of ICHS and the community. This includes preventive care, primary diagnosis and treatment, prenatal care, obstetrical care, and inpatient (hospital-based) medical care.

Education

• - Graduate of an accredited medical school and completed a US residency accredited program.

Experience

• - Two (2) years community health center primary care experience.

Other Requirement(s)

• - Active license to practice medicine in Washington State including full prescriptive authority. Board-certified in a Primary Care Specialty or be preparing for certification within a year of employment. Bilingual preferred – Fluent in an API language or Spanish preferred.
