Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients following physician orders and established guidelines. The role adheres to the scope of practice defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

The position requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, active RN licensure in Georgia, and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and additional Life Support credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
