Job summary

Loden Vision Centers is seeking a Patient Collections Representative to contact patients about outstanding medical bills, collect payments, and set up payment arrangements.

You will work with patients, insurers, and providers to resolve balances, review accounts, and maintain accurate records, while delivering excellent customer service and HIPAA-compliant care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare billing preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding outstanding medical bills and collect payments.
