Job summary

Edmonds Eye is seeking an Optometrist to join our well-established ophthalmology practice in North King County/South Snohomish, WA. You will practice at the top of your license in a true MD/OD collaborative model with subspecialty-trained ophthalmologists.

You will perform comprehensive medical eye exams, provide pre- and post-operative cataract and glaucoma care, and co-manage patients. The role offers a transparent production-based compensation model and strong support in a modern clinical

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited program.
• Washington license or ability to obtain.
• Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management.
• Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset.
• Team-oriented, clinically driven approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical eye exams
• Provide pre- and post-operative cataract and glaucoma care
• Co-manage patients within a true collaborative MD/OD model
• Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans, building trust and long-term relationships
• Document efficiently within our EMR
• Participate in ongoing CE and professional development
