Qualifications

• Residency trained or equivalent ocular disease/surgical co-management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-starter who will expand the clinic's presence.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration with surgeons and staff.
• Willingness to lecture within the optometric community and engage with professional groups.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage pre- and post-op cataract and refractive surgeries and specialty medical eye care.
• Work closely with the surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
