Job summary

Northwest Eye Surgeons, Inc. in Washington is seeking a full-time Optometrist to provide high-level medical optometry and co-management in a surgical setting, with emphasis on cataract and glaucoma care alongside ophthalmologists from diagnosis through post-op.

You will perform comprehensive medical eye exams, co-manage patients, document efficiently in EMR, and participate in CE and ongoing training to support expert patient care within a collaborative MD/OD team.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited program
• Washington license (or ability to obtain)
• Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management
• Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Team-oriented and clinically driven

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical eye exams
• Provide pre- and post-op cataract and glaucoma care
• Co-manage patients in a collaborative MD/OD model
