Job summary

Northwest Eye Surgeons seeks a full-time Optometrist to join our Washington team in a high-level medical optometry and surgical co-management role. You’ll provide comprehensive medical eye care with emphasis on cataract and glaucoma co-management, collaborating with ophthalmologists from diagnosis through post‑op care in modern clinics with advanced diagnostic technology.

We offer a strong production model with earnings up to $200,000, excellent support staff, ongoing CE, and generous benefits

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited program.
• Washington license or ability to obtain.
• Interest or experience in medical optometry and co‑management.
• Strong communicator with a patient‑first mindset.
• Team‑oriented and clinically driven.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical eye exams
• Provide pre‑ and post‑op cataract and glaucoma care
• Co‑manage patients in a collaborative MD/OD model
• Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans
• Document efficiently in EMR
• Participate in CE and ongoing training
