Austin Heart is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join our team and help ensure patients receive high-quality, efficient care. We are an organization that invests in its people through programs that support growth and well-being.

In this role you will manage all front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification and phone inquiries. Familiarity with EHR systems is preferred and one year of medical office experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred.
