Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Medical Office RN to support multiple providers under the Site Manager, performing patient triage and coordinating care to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include clinical duties, teaching and collaboration with the care team in a fast-paced environment.

Required are an active MA RN license and BLS certification, with Medical Office experience preferred. LPNs encouraged to apply and contribute to patient-centered care delivery.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• Current RN license to practice in Massachusetts.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Telephone triage and assessment.
• Renders patient care within scope of training, including immunizations and blood draws.
• Assists physicians with minor procedures.
• Prepares exam rooms and restocks supplies.
• Enters prescription refills in EMR.
• Educates patients and families about illness and treatment.
