Job summary

St. Joseph Medical Center is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Medical Place 1, ensuring the facility is well-maintained, fully occupied, and financially sound while supporting clinical workflows.

The role coordinates tenant onboarding, leases, vendor services, and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with clinical operations, facilities management and leadership to advance patient care delivery and safety.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Property Management experience; preferably in medical office buildings.
• 5-10+ years of Management experience.
• Possess real estate license.
• Bachelor's Degree in property management or a related real estate field is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the building and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
• Coordinate tenant onboarding, buildouts, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Manage vendor services (maintenance, environmental services, security, building systems).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare system policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and tenant satisfaction.
• Communicate with leadership to support informed decision-making.
