Southern Ohio Medical Center is seeking a Medical Office Licensed Practical Nurse for the West Union Family Health Center in West Union, OH. This full-time, on-site position supports provider exams, patient education, and administrative tasks in a 40-hour week.
The LPN will collect vitals, document histories, perform procedures, and assist with phones, prescriptions, and referrals under supervision. BLS within 90 days is required; state licensure as an LPN is required.

Shift/schedule: Full Time (40 hrs/wk)
Works under the supervision of the Office Manager, Office Supervisor, and/or Family Health Center Manager. The Medical Office LPN's primary job function is to provide assistance to the provider with patient exams and/or procedures. Collects vitals, chief complaints, pain assessment, and documents past medical history. Phones and/or e-prescribes prescriptions to pharmacies, make referrals, operates medical equipment, and performs patient education. Performs other duties as assigned.
