Clean Team Company is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our team in the Rocky Hill area of Knoxville, TN. The role involves cleaning and maintaining floors, restrooms, and common areas while following safety procedures and delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Can work independently while staying organized.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—paid training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and other common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Respond promptly to spills and other unexpected cleaning needs.
• Follow all facility safety and security procedures.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and fellow team members.
• Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain Clean Team's high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
