Clean Team Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking dependable Commercial Cleaning Associates to join our growing team. You will dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors; clean restrooms and breakrooms; restock supplies; sanitize high-touch surfaces; respond to spills; follow safety procedures; communicate with supervisors and clients; complete routes efficiently meeting quality standards.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned facilities.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap and paper towels.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Respond promptly to spills and other unexpected cleaning needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and client security protocols.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
• Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently while meeting Clean Team's quality standards.
• Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management.

What You'll Do

Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned facilities

Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas

What We're Looking For
