Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift and stay active throughout the shift.
• Experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is a plus, but not required—paid training is provided.
• Able to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and other common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Respond promptly to spills and other unexpected cleaning needs
• Follow all facility safety and security procedures
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and fellow team members
• Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain Clean Team's high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
