You will work with property management, tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure efficient building systems and high professional standards. Responsibilities include inspections, HVAC/electrical/plumbing maintenance, prompt tenant service, and life-safety support.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills.
• Professional communication and customer-service approach when interacting with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs throughout assigned commercial properties.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests with a focus on customer service.
• Monitor building equipment and identify potential problems before failures.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist with life-safety systems and compliance with building and safety standards.
• Support management in maintaining clean, safe medical office environments.
