Oneida Health Tri-Valley Family Medicine in Vernon, NY is seeking a full-time Medical Office Assistant to serve as a Float across our Medical Practice Network. You will gain experience at multiple network offices, performing both clinical and administrative tasks while delivering high-quality patient service.

The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, data recording, and teamwork, with medical office experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Medical Office experience: 1 year preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly patient interactions in person and on the phone.
• Assist providers with procedures and examinations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Coordinate referrals and scheduling with network offices.
