Oneida Health is seeking a full-time Medical Office Assistant to serve as a Float across our Medical Practice Network. This role blends clinical and administrative duties and offers exposure to multiple offices within our network.

The ideal candidate excels in customer service, can work independently or in a team, and has strong computer skills. Medical experience is a plus but not required; offices are located around Oneida within a short drive.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certifications: Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred).
• Experience: Medical Office: 1 year (Preferred).
• Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with procedures and examinations.
• Perform treatments and procedures as directed.
• Coordinate and schedule referrals and surgeries.
• Maintain medical records accurately.
• Check equipment and stock supplies as needed.
• Place supply and pharmacy orders.
