As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, respectful, and efficient healthcare environment. Reporting to the Health Center Manager, the Medical Office Assistant keeps our health center running smoothly. You will guide patients through registration, manage appointment scheduling, verify insurance eligibility, and ensure every client feels supported and informed from the moment they walk through our doors or call our center. For candidates eager to grow, the MOA role also serves as a fantastic springboard into healthcare operations and clinical support pathways within PPM.
$17 - $19 an hour
