Job summary

Teledyne Brown Engineering in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to join the Medical Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis team to support NHRC. You will contribute to design, development, and validation of military medical modeling and simulation software, and perform analyses for NHRC and other DoD customers.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in OR/IE/Analytics/Data Science, with 2+ years of relevant experience (5+ preferred).

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in OR, IE, analytics, data science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with DoD projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and verification and validation of military medical modeling and simulation software.
• Perform analyses for NHRC and other organizations within the DoD.
• Interface with customers and the software development team, develop and execute analysis plans, and present results to customers and at professional conferences.
• Author technical reports and presentations, and provide training or software support to external users as needed.
