Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC, part of Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, seeks a Medical Materiel Specialist I to support warehousing, inventory, and shipping of medical supplies. The role involves QA, requisitions, kit building, and MMIS record updates in a secure, controlled environment.

Responsibilities include monthly reviews and inventory audits, supporting procurement, and tracking material usage. Requires high school diploma, 2 years medical logistics experience, and ability to pass

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics field experience, preferably in Medical Logistics; be familiar with, and able to navigate/utilize MMIS.
• Must be able to pass client background screening for security clearance.
• Travel may be required for this position.

• Conduct monthly reviews, and provides monthly reports to the COR, of SLEP and DMLSS inventory records to ensure accuracy and program compliance.
• Contractor also functions as Logical SLEP coordinator.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Track and document the usage of medical materials.
• Assist in the procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

The Medical Materiel Specialist I shall include, but are not limited to general warehousing tasks, customer support, requisition, shipping, receiving, building medical kits, inventory management, Quality Assurance (QA) and cargo preparation and deployment, to include medical controlled items stored in a secure location, operation of various materials handling equipment, and utilizing updating DoD MMIS records.

Pay And Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 hourly plus Health and Welfare.
