Job summary

Spine Solutions in Santa Fe, NM seeks a licensed massage therapist to provide 60-minute medical/orthopedic sessions and follow patient-specific treatment plans.

The role starts part-time with potential to become full-time after credentialing, requiring NM licensure, orthopedic training, and 2+ years of clinical experience. You'll document with SOAP notes and collaborate with therapists in a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current New Mexico Massage Therapy License
• Training in Medical and/or Orthopedic Massage
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical or orthopedic setting
• Comfort working with EMR systems
• Strong communication and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute medical/orthopedic massage sessions tailored to each patient
• Follow and support individualized treatment plans focused on recovery and function
• Document sessions using SOAP notes
• Review patient histories and adjust treatments with care and precision
• Collaborate closely with physical therapists and clinical staff

This position will begin as part-time, with the opportunity to transition to full-time once credentialing is complete.
