Job summary

Navina, a fast-growing digital health SaaS company, seeks an MD-led Medical Product Manager to drive cross-functional data-driven projects and risk-adjustment initiatives. You will oversee medical validation, work with engineers and data scientists, and directly support customers and marketing efforts.

The role requires strong project leadership, US travel readiness, and a passion for using technology to improve healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD required and licensed to practice in the US or eligible
• Proven track record leading complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong PM and people-management experience in health-tech

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects across the data pipeline and Risk Adjustment Solution from ideation to rollout
• Regularly analyze data and present conclusions to influence business and product decisions
• Provide medical validation for Navina’s product features
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and analysts to infuse clinical expertise
• Serve as a go-to expert for data and risk-adjustment issues, engaging with customers and support teams
• Support marketing and sales with materials, webinars, conferences, and demos
• Manage a team of Medical Product Analysts (Medical students) to back efforts

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and product initiatives spanning Navina’s data pipeline and flagship Risk Adjustment Solution, from ideation and requirements through release and rollout, in partnership with the Product and Engineering teams.
• Regular data analysis and clear presentation of conclusions to direct business and product decisions
• Medical validation of Navina’s product and features
• Closely work with Navina’s developers, data scientists, and data analysts to bring medical and medical-product expertise to all aspects of R&D
• Serve as a go-to expert for data and risk-adjustment issues, including direct interaction with customers and support teams.
• Support Navina’s marketing and sales teams in the development of marketing materials, delivering webinars, attending conferences and sales demos
• Manage a team of Medical Product Analysts (Medical students) to support your efforts in the above

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) - Must
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Previous experience of managing people and teams
• Passion for using tech to improve healthcare
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Very high attention to detail
• Strong curiosity and inquisitiveness
• Willingness to travel to the USA as needed

Advantage

• Background/experience with US healthcare value based care - strong advantage
• Background in quantitative data analysis
• 2+ years experience in comparative role in health-tech company
• Experience with biomedical informatics
• Experience as a product manager
• High level of Proficiency in SQL, python or R
• 2+ years of post-internship clinical experience
