Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Medical Malpractice Paralegal in Berwyn, PA to support attorneys with trial prep, filings, and discovery. This role requires at least 5 years of paralegal experience in medical malpractice, a ABA-approved paralegal certificate, and strong research and writing skills.

The candidate will manage case files, communicate with clients and experts, and ensure compliance with regulations. On-site, permanent position with competitive benefits and salary.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in medical malpractice.
  • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent legal experience.

  • Familiarity with liability laws and regulations.

  • Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate the discovery process, including drafting discovery requests and responses, organizing discovery materials, and coordinating depositions.

Job Details
