• 3+ years of medical malpractice/healthcare litigation experience.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills; capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Review documents for relevance and privilege; prepare for and summarize depositions.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel; communicate effectively.
• Stay current with Local Rules, FRCP and applicable codes.
