Qualifications

• Experience in medical malpractice, insurance defense, healthcare litigation or other complex civil litigation matters.
• Medical malpractice experience strongly preferred.
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain admission required.

Responsibilities

• Handle substantive medical malpractice defense matters, including case strategy, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Coordinate expert witnesses and interact with clients.
• Support and participate in trial preparation and case management.
