The candidate should have 3–10 years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or civil defense, and be licensed to practice in Virginia or eligible for a waiver.

Role involves case evaluation, strategy development, client interaction, and collaboration with medical experts, with opportunities for courtroom exposure and growth.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Virginia, or ability to waive in.
• 3–10 years of litigation experience (preferably in medical malpractice or civil defense).
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology—or willingness to learn.
• Commitment to exceptional client service and continuous learning.
